Greetings Water Skiers!

We look forward to welcoming you to Divorce Lake for the 2024 Alabama – Georgia BORDER WAR State Waterski Championships on July 13 and 14!

Please help us prepare for the upcoming tournament by registering online ASAP at Tournament Search (usawaterski.org) and then completing the additional information at the link below with your t-shirt size and number of attendees for the Awards Banquet. This helps us keep everything organized in one place.

The Banquet will be held on Saturday, July 13 at 7pm eastern /6pm central. By registering for the tournament early and providing this information, it allows us to order t-shirts and give a head count for food in a timely manner. With the tournament taking place right after the 4th of July holiday, it takes a little longer for things to arrive so T-shirts can only be guaranteed to those that register prior to our t-shirt ordering deadline which is Friday, June 14, 2024.

SPONSORS NEEDED: Also, with the rising cost of fuel and other tournament expenses, if you are able to help secure sponsors or to help out as a sponsor, we would greatly appreciate it. The sponsorship form is listed below. We need business logos by Friday, June 14, 2024 in order for them to be included on the t-shirt and banners. If you or your family want to do an individual sponsorship, please let us know how you want to be listed. Please upload the logo on the form below or email to JLWilkinsonConsulting@gmail.com .

Driving Directions: Exit 77,  I-85 go west turn between Circle K and VP station, Lake is 2.2 miles on the left

Lunch Option: We have arranged for a Food Truck to be on site for the tournament and would appreciate your support of them – great food and affordable prices.

LODGING INFORMATION AND DEADLINE: We have a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate.

The Group Rates are as follows: Standard Kings: $114.00 / Double Queens: $124.00 / Standard King Suites: $134.00

Remember the cut-off date for the discounted rate and block is: Thursday, June 13th, 11:59pm!** Discounted rates are not available after this date.**

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy if you need to cancel a reservation, or you will be charged the full length of the stay (Monday, July 8th before 3:00pm).
